Rule 1.3 — all beds, including special-care and emergency
observation beds, are counted together when computing the licence fee.
5-year cycle — PC-PNDT runs on its own clock, independent of
the Clinical Establishment licence. The same fee applies at first registration and at each
5-yearly renewal. Choose bedded or non-bedded — not both.
ART Act, 2021 — a clinic registers at Level 1 or
Level 2, not both. An ART Bank and a Surrogacy Clinic are separate registrations and can be
added alongside. Valid 5 years, same fee each cycle.
7-year validity — Consent to Establish and Bio-Medical Waste
Authorisation are flat application fees of ₹450 each. The Consent to Operate fee is assessed from
the gross capital investment of the establishment; enter it above for an indicative figure, and we
will confirm the exact amount with the Board.
Private vendor cost, not a government fee —
billed monthly and shown separately from the statutory total. GST is 12% on the service charge
and 18% on barcoding. Rates vary by CBWTF operator, route and waste volume.
Important
- Clinical Establishment fees follow Schedule VII (Rule 40). Where a facility offers several services the fees are added together — an X-Ray lab (conventional) plus an ultrasonography lab is ₹10,000 + ₹10,000 = ₹20,000.
- The PC-PNDT section appears only when an Ultrasonography, Colour Doppler, Echo-cardiography or Genetic Laboratory service is selected. The ART & Surrogacy section appears only when an Infertility / IVF day care centre is selected.
- Only the Clinical Establishment licence runs on the registration / renewal cycle shown above. PC-PNDT and ART registrations are valid 5 years and Pollution consent 7 years, so they are quoted at full value regardless of the CE option selected.
- This is an estimate of statutory fees only. It excludes professional and documentation charges, Fire NOC, Trade Licence, and any departmental late fee or penalty.
- Government fees do not attract GST. Bio-Medical Waste vendor charges do.
