The Government has launched Phase I of the National Registry Portal for ART Clinics and ART Banks to ensure standardized collection of patient and donor data under the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021.
From 25th March 2026, ART clinics and banks are required to submit quarterly data through the portal, marking a major step toward transparency and compliance in the fertility sector.
What’s New?
- Phase I Launch: Data collection up to pregnancy confirmation
- Phase II (Upcoming): Pregnancy and delivery outcomes
- ART Banks: Continue full donor data reporting (no changes)
Reporting Timeline
- Data submission applicable from 25.01.2022 onwards
- Quarterly reporting deadlines:
- 30 June, 30 September, 31 December, etc.
- Submission deadline: 10th of the following month
- One-time window till 30 June 2026 to update past data
